Moderation and consistency

This e-learning gives some hints and tips on achieving consistency in terms of the quality of case checking and assessing learning in your bureau by using moderation activities.


This e-learning helps you to identify 3 motivational theories and plan strategies for applying motivation into your work as a supervisor.

Supervising Money Advice

The course is designed for anyone new to a supervision role. The session provides basic skills in supporting, directing and developing an advice service worker, plus tools and suggestions for better understanding and managing the supervision relationship.

Supporting staff through supervision

This course will identify and explore good practice and equip supervisors with the skills and strategies they need to support and develop staff effectively. Offered in-house only at present for groups of 6-16 staff, we have both one and two day programmes available.
