Immigration 2: advising people from abroad

This self study pack, together with the interviews you observe will prepare you to advise clients who have queries about immigration and nationality issues or other issues where the client’s immigration status impacts on the advice.


Anyone who is not a practising solicitor, barrister or legal executive and is giving immigration advice must be regulated by the OISC. This course explores Immigration law, European Union law and Asylum law, to provide an understanding of the range of issues relating to immigration advice.
