A session to look at the Civil Procedure Rules that advisers need to be aware of in order to deal with cases that end up in court. The course assumes no previous knowledge of the court procedure but delegates should be aware of grounds for possession for the various forms of tenancies and arguments to use to suspend a bailiff’s warrant.
