- Introduce participants to tools and techniques that can help us to think creatively about future possibilities and horizons;
- Support participants to develop their own scenarios, and test them;
- Examine how we move from strategic thinking to practical management; and

Want to improve your digital materials? This two-day course offers advice-giving organisations an introduction to Adobe’s graphic software, Photoshop and InDesign.
This training will give you the skills to design and create engaging and polished marketing materials, including annual reports, leaflets and flyers, infographics, images for social media and more.
IMPORTANT: To attend this training, you must bring your own laptop with a free trial of Adobe Indesign and Photoshop downloaded to your device. Details will follow closer to the training once places have been allocated.

This course is aimed at those who give advice or support to benefit claimants. It looks at significant characteristics of Universal Credit and the implications for clients. The course is suitable for those with a working understanding of welfare benefits and basic understanding of Universal Credit. - Consider what stress is and how to identify the signs in yourself and in others
- Explore wellness and resilience at work, including the 5 spheres of healthy, happy living
