Disability Awareness

This one-day course is aimed at anyone who comes into contact with clients, including advisers, reception staff, and outreach staff.

The course aims to raise awareness of a range of disabilities, including ‘hidden’ disabilities, and will provide an understanding of the practical and emotional issues faced by people living with a disability, and some practical communication skills and techniques to help support people with a disability.

Duration: 1 day
Time: 10.00am to 4.00pm
Location: Citizens Advice Field Office, Liverpool
